Colonel Rahmatullah, Commander of joint garrison told Bayan-e Shamal that the garrison regularly creates inspection checkpoints inside Mazar-e Sharif city.
He added that the garrison, to a great extent, has prevented activity of irregular armed men and, daily it removes black window films from 50 to 60 vehicles.
Mr. Rahmatullah also outlined that they won’t allow irresponsible men to wear military uniforms and its collection process is in progress.
Commander of joint security garrison asks Mazar-e Sharif residents to pay attention to their personnel’s instructions in checkpoints and cooperate with them.
Inhabitants of Mazar-e Sharif also consider actions of garrison successful in maintaining security and emphasize the process should be equally implemented on everyone.
Joint security garrison of Mazar-e Sharif which is formed of Afghan National Police (ANP), Afghan National Army (ANA) and National Directorate of Security (NDS) forces, started its activity in January 2018.
