Transformers handed over to use in Sar-e Pul

With utilization of two 160kw transformers in the center of Sar-e Pul city, in addition to illumination of Amir Ali Shir Nawaei University, 250 families in this city will benefit from electricity. 

Jalaluddin Noori, Head of Sar-e Pul Breshna Sherkat told Bayan-e Shamal the transformers worth 30 million AFN were installed and montaged on the premises of Amir Ali Shir Nawaei University and Toghni village in the center of Sar-e Pul city from the development budget of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat and they were handed over to use today by Abdul Malik Azimi, Deputy Governor of Sar-e Pul. 

Abdul Malik Azimi, Deputy Governor of Sar-e Pul, who was present at the inaugural ceremony of the transformers, stated that besides bringing light, electricity leads people to development and advancement. 

This happens while officials at Sar-e Pul Breshna Sherkat inform about start of power cable extension program to Kharkash village and Block Najari area in the center of the province.
